fast and easy pizza dough
3 cups flour, more or less
1 tablespoon honey, heaping
1 tablespoon oil, heaping
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon yeast
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Mix all together, except the flour with a paddle. Add flour 1 cup at a time and knead with dough hook for a 3-4 minutes then roll out onto pan (or use a pizza peel and pizza stone). Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes before you slice into it. Makes 1 large pizza.

Note: Slowly add the flour. Too much flour will make the dough dense. I usually start with 2 cups of flour, mix, then add flour in 1/4 to 1/2 cup increments, mixing as I go. Also, the dough has enough flour if it is still sticky to the touch and satin in color.
