Chocolate dipped marshmellows

 Finally I am posting all my Valentine's Day recipes!  This isn't a recipe as much as an idea, but my kids absolutely loved these.  I found cute heart-shaped Marshmallows at Walmart, and had to get them.  I saw on a blog that she dipped hers in chocolate, then put them in hot chocolate.  My kids didn't wait for the hot chocolate part and loved them just the same. I would suggest putting the dipped marshmallows in the fridge to help them set if you use chocolate chips, which was all I had at the time.  Otherwise, they are super easy and look adorable.  

Chocolate Heart Shaped Marshmallows
Marshmallows
Chocolate Wilton candy melts, chocolate almond bark/or chocolate chips (this doesn't set as well)
Melt chocolate with a small amount of vegetable oil in the microwave or double broiler.  Let cool slightly.  Dip marshmallows in chocolate and let set.  You can also add sprinkles, coconut, peanuts, or other desired toppings.
